What the decision says

Ahmad facilitated unsupervised or unauthorized access by releasing the lockbox code to his buyer client so the client could get into the property, and by failing to attend with the client during a viewing appointment.

The findings are unprofessional conduct under section 2 of the Code, and the protection-of-property rule in section 22.5 of the General Regulation.
