What this desk does and does not do
It reports what regulators, tribunals and courts publish about the Ontario real-estate business. It does not give advice, it does not rate agents or brokerages, and it does not characterise anyone. Where a decision names a person, we say what the decision says and stop there.
Every item is written from one source document, which is linked. Nothing here is assembled from memory or from other coverage. If an item cannot be supported by its source, it is not published.
Anyone named has an unconditional right of reply and we publish it unedited. We take no payment from anyone to remove, alter or soften anything.
