How this site works

What 15 decisions show
Read together, the register tells you more than any single case can. Five of these decisions involve a registrant letting someone into a property without proper permission, usually by handing over a lockbox code. That is the most common breach in the set, and the one most likely to affect a tenant who never met the agent at all.
The largest penalties are not for carelessness. They are for putting an unregistered person in front of clients, for undisclosed self-interest, and for pushing a client into a purchase beyond their means. Fines here run from $6,000 to $60,000.
