Submit a published decision

We build records only from official documents. If you know of one we have missed, this is how to send it.

What we accept

  • A link to a decision published by RECO’s Discipline and Appeals Committee, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, or an Ontario court, naming a real-estate registrant.
  • Decisions from other Canadian real-estate regulators, if the registrant also practises in Ontario.

What we do not accept

  • Your own account of what happened to you. We are sorry, and we believe you may well be right, but we cannot verify it and will not publish it. Take it to RECO, which can investigate.
  • Screenshots of messages, reviews, social-media posts, or forum threads.
  • Anything about a person who is not a registrant.

How to send it

Email info@canadabrokersreviews.com with the subject line “Record: [registrant name]” and the link to the decision. That is all we need. We reply when the record is live, usually within two weeks. Your name and email are never published.

What happens next

  1. We download the decision from the regulator’s site and store its fingerprint.
  2. We transcribe it in full and write the explainer under our editorial policy.
  3. We invite the registrant to reply before publishing, where a contact is available, and always after.
