If you are named on this site
You have an unconditional right of reply. Write it here exactly as you want it to appear and we publish it in full, unedited, on a page linked from every page about you, with the date received. We do not argue with replies in print. The only things we remove are personal contact details and anything unlawful to publish. See corrections and right of reply.
If you believe a fact is wrong rather than incomplete, tell us which sentence and point us at the document. Demonstrated errors are corrected within two business days with a dated note.
What we can't help with
We are not lawyers and cannot advise on your transaction or your complaint. If you believe a registrant broke the rules, RECO can investigate: see how to complain to RECO. If you have lost money, speak to a lawyer promptly, because limitation periods are short.
We do not publish personal accounts, reviews or allegations, however true they may be. Why not.
Security and privacy
- This form takes text only. There is no upload field, and we do not open attachments sent any other way.
- Messages are stored outside the public web directory and are readable only by us.
- We keep your email to answer you and for our corrections record. We never share or publish it.
