Why this record matters
Conditions in an offer are the client's safety rail: financing, inspection, status certificate. Waiving them makes an offer more attractive to a seller and faster to close, which suits an agent's interests more than the buyer's. A registrant who knows a purchase is beyond your means is required to say so, not to help it along.
