What happens now
- A right of reply is published in full and unedited, normally within two business days, on a page linked from every page about you.
- A correction is checked against the source document. If it is right, we fix it and add a dated note saying what changed.
- A suggested record is verified against the regulator's own copy before anything is written.
If you do not hear from us within three business days, write again. Mail does go astray.
